Perry Patrick A. Zilka its chief architect and president.
We are

these objectives, the President of the firm actively participates in each
project from conception through completion.

share expertise, resources and can maintain adequate staffing, as the need
arises. Our Project Team currently has
more than adequate staffing to complete any proposed project or multiple projects.

to our community and environment, and the use of sustainable and green building
technologies and construction. We explore
opportunities to include environmentally conscious design and construction
principles in each and every project.

conserving energy, and water, reducing our use of consumable products and
recycle.
Technology:
Zilka and Associates, Inc. utilizes the
latest Cadd, plotting and graphics technology which allows us to efficiently
meet demanding deadlines. Technology
enables us to continually exceed our clients’ expectations by providing high
quality marketing, design and construction documents. We use Autodesk Architectural Desktop Cadd
software with the capability of 3-D modeling and renderings. However, we are still committed to the
traditional artist rendered perspectives and sketches when desired.
Our Consulting Engineers utilize Autodesk
Mechanical Desktop, Revit and AutoCadd Add-ons for ease of file sharing and
coordination. We all utilize the
standard practice of creating PDF viewable drawing files for distribution of
progress submittals, bid documents and Construction Issue documentations.
